<p>It wasn't really a mistake-I just forgot to include a class I took at De Anza College last summer (though I included a class I took two summers ago) which I dropped with a "W" because I went on vacation and came back too late to make up the material in the class.</p>
<p>The dropped class will show up on my transcript from De Anza that I will eventually send with my high school transcript in July, so is there any way to tell them of what I forgot to include, and why I dropped it?</p>
