i'm kind of freakin out after what i saw. so i just began my u. of california application for berkeley and the first thing i saw was something about the site being time limited to 40 minutes per page on the application. I was wondering if this is like a time constraint in which I have to finish my application or if it meant the website itself would time out in 40 minutes meaning automatically log off.... i'm pretty sure its the 2nd one but...

did anyone else notice this when they started? i'm really hoping it means the website timing out...

Please double-check what application you have opened and what term you are applying for. Only the Winter/Spring 2009 UC application is currently available. If you are applying for Fall 2009, you will have to wait until October 1st to begin your application.

You can take as many minutes, hours, days and weeks as you like to complete your application as long as you submit it by November 30th. Just remember to save every half-hour or so. You can return later (hours, days, weeks...) to work on it more.

oh..... shoot. lol you're right. i accidently applied for the winter/spring '09. i was getting trigger happy i guess kept on clicking links and found "apply now" thinking it was for fall '09. i just emailed them telling my story. thanks for the quick response
