So… I’m really nervous because I got two B’s in my courses: Calculus I and Physics I (Mechanics) but straigt A’s in every other course… and if i keep it up with straight As I’ll get a 3.8 GPA I have all the requirements they ask for and did ALL of my courses in one year and a half in a community college. But here’s the thing, I was only a Phi Theta Kappa member for one semester (got the most active member award) and I’m currently in the STEM PROGRAM. I dont have amazing ECs. Oh and by the way I’m a hispanic girl…(is this gonna help?) Please tell me what should I do in this last semester to increase my chances in getting in. I think the only good things I have are: hispanic, girl, and did all the courses in one year and half but still want to get more competitive especially for the schools I want to go to…Also, this is out of topic but how do UC’s calculate your gpa? is it only the ASSIST courses or every transferable UC course? Thanksss people!!
