<p>Hi - I am a junior girl OOS for California and am in love with Cal. I've been really interested in ChemE and know that Cal is essentially the best (at least by my standards).</p>

<p>Is it more difficult to get in to CoC vs the other colleges?
How will this affect my admission?</p>
