probably if i had to pick, atlas shrugged.

(Expletive) Ayn Rand, (expletive) capitalism, (expletive) Cal, (expletive) your cheesy emoticons, and (expletive) you all.

I really hope I get in, now that I’ve alienated everyone on this thread.

not yet。。。。

haha i knew it

All the other UC’s could have rejected me and I wouldn’t have care because Cal is all I really want.
Come on Cal!
ADMIT ME!!!
please!

beyond nervous now

yeah, atlas shrugged was a pretty amazing book. but my favorite of all time is tied between “friday” and “stranger in a strange land”, both by robert l. heinlein.

sorta off topic, but that’s a scholarship contest i’ve been seeing on my fastweb for some time if you are interested, it’s on atlas shrugged.

wow that’s really cool, i might actually do that. thanks.

no problem :)

i bought atlas shrugged around a year ago, never bothered to read it because its so intimidating >.<

yeah, i’m aware of that scholarship, thanks! and loller, there’s about a 50 page speech in there, that’s the only part that was tough to get through (it was rather repetitive). i read some of that speech, but skipped a ton. the rest is a fun read and it will go fast.

read it!

i really want to go to berkeley spring semester!

how do u apply for spring semester?? do they like tell u when ur not accepted in fall?

yeah i have a feeling I will be accepted as a fall transfer, but I really want spring. I am not ready to leave home yet, I have bills to pay. =(

I am reading Ayn Rand’s The FountainHead and I thought no one our age knew who she was… swedish (sweet-ish)

the best book i have read though has to be Infinite Jest by the (recently) late David Foster Wallace

It says today evening on the decision site…crap…
