ir doesn’t seem like anyone has gotten off the waitlist for L&S yet? Maybe more will come out this week? What do you guys think?

Has anyone got in into the CS major from L&S?
@Gumbymom would you know if they admit by major into L&S? So CS (4% admit rate) would be still harder than other majors which has higher acceptance rates?

She said on the waitlist app she would do it but I don’t see it anywhere on the acceptance letter or links. We were just going through everything…

They do not admit by major into the College of L&S except for the High Demand majors (new this year). Also alternate majors will be considered for waitlisted students. CS is a High demand major.

I see. So the only exception is CS - that doesn’t help:( And alternate major can be in another college, I think that was allowed at the time of application.

Depends on how many end up accepting their offer.
The email was received around 3:15 PM (Pacific).
