UC Berkeley - SAT Subject Tests: Do I need to send all of them?

I’m aware that UC schools do not accept score choice. I’m fine with sending all of my SAT reasoning test scores, but I took 3 subject tests, intending to send 2 of them in case I got a less than favorable score on one of them. I plan on sending Math II (780) and Physics (720), but I only got a 650 on Chemistry. Does their policy apply to subject tests as well? Or can I just send the two of them?
