UC Berkeley transcript question (Received - in review)

yes the thread started in 2009, but it’s being visited in 2011 so i post. =]

community college transcript been there for maybe 1 1/2 months, still received-in review T.T

It would be funny if people’s transcripts were still in review after 2 years, haha.

Mine are still in review. I just want to make sure my American History req is satisfied.

I actually approve of people bringing back posts that are the same topic rather than creating a new thread if they have a similar but more recent question.

I think it’s the people that don’t realize it’s a 10 year old thread (and respond with advice) who bother others.

My stupid school had my transcript on hold for 4 weeks AND NEVER TOLD ME because I requested an IGETC certification to be mailed to myself first and apparently they only mail them to schools. I literally just had to re-request mine yesterday. I think as long as they’ve received it, you should be fine. If anything, you can ask your admissions counselor bc I believe they are the people who personally go over yours.

I am a uc to uc transfer and one of my transcripts is still “under review”.
The transcripts from high school and CCs show up as “received-final” but the transcript from ucsc still shows up as “received-in review”.
They received the transcripts early july and my ucsc transcript has been in review since then. School starts in 2.5 weeks, I’m getting kinda worried.
Anyone else in a similar situation?

2 of my transcripts are still in review. I’m sure it’s fine.

My CCC and HS transcripts were received by them around 5th of July and while the CCC one was immediately marked “Received-Final”, the HS transcript still says “Received-in review” after nearly a month now! (possibly because I did HS out of state and changed High schools etc. - complicated)

From the looks of it, if your case is straight forward (such as CCC to UC, where they have all the info at their fingertips) it gets evaluated and completed immediately. Otherwise it probably goes into a pile to be completed at a later date.

I emailed my admission officer about this issue and she told me that “the complete review will not be complete until early september”.

Mine are still in review and it’s been one month now, not too worried about it though.
