UC Berkeley vs. UCLA. Which is the "flagship" of California?

^^and not to mention that those LA high rise dorms are forced triples. Two desks, two chairs, two dressers, and three kids.

^ Two beds, too? ;)

Yeah, Berkeley’s higher in so many areas: Academic Reputation, Nobel Prizes, average SAT score, in-state acceptance rate, and the list goes on.

Historically Cal came first. But The UC system is different than some other State University systems in that each campus is it’s own entity, not a satellite. You can argue that the strength of academics at all of the top UCs make each of them worth of the title of “flagship.”

birth of the cool your casual use of language that involves an act of sexual violence is offensive.

You’ll fit in Berk if you like to ride a bike, rub shoulders with bums, tolerate homeless people visiting your dorms, and take a train to SF to rub shoulders with more bums and GL in Mission district.

La La land is different. You may choose to hang out in Westwood, but you’d explore a much broader area because you or one of your room mates will have a car and you have to drive to the Rose Bowl for your football games anyway.

Blah blah, give me a break
