UC chances!

<p>Chance me for UCD, UCSD, UCB, UCLA
Freshmen year GPA: 4.0
Sophomore year GPA: 4.0, weighted = 4.16
junior year GPA: 4.0, weighted = 4.66</p>

<p>SAT score= 2010 first try, will retake in october hopefully bump it to a 2100
AP scores (terrible):
WHAP= 5; Calc AB = 4, APUSH = 3, APChem= 2
SAT 2 scores: Math 2= 750, US History = 750, Chem= 700
ECs: 2 years of NHS (secretary, then president) 2 years of Spanish Club (president)
CSF 4 years(co-vice president) IRC 3 years(USG of public relations) Key Club(4 years, Senior Class representative) 4 years newspaper (sports writer)
Volunteered at the library for 3 years (over 200 hours) tutored kids, helped elderly learn electronics, created tutorial videos for library (put on their website)</p>

<p>That sums it up; I feel that my GPA is up to par, but my scores may be a little low...chance me pleaseeee!</p>

<p>You’re right. The SAT score is far too low for Cal or UCLA, same goes for the AP score. (Hopefully you’re not trying to major in science?) You have a great GPA, so hopefully that will even things out for some of the mid-level UCs.</p>

<p>What are you hoping to major in? That will also play a huge role in UC admittance, in certain cases where the campus has an impacted major program.</p>

<p>As of now, I see:</p>

<p>UCD - acceptance
UCSD - probable acceptance
UCB - rejection
UCLA - rejection</p>

<p>If you manage to raise your SAT to 2200+, you might get into either Cal or UCLA – but not both.</p>

<p>Have you considered Irvine or Santa Cruz? They’re both really good schools and, depending on your desired major, might be better fits than something like Davis or Cal. Your stats are more aligned with Irvine and Davis anyway.</p>
