I took my sat in June this year, the score was not good, so I will be taking my final SAT in December. The question is: Do I still need to report my June SAT score on my UC/CSU applications, or simply request for all my scores to be sent in to the universities after my December score comes out? Thank you all in advance. :)>-
check if they comply with college board’s score choice. if they do, you can choose to only send december scores, and if not, you’ll have to send all scores.
UC’s require all scores and will take the highest score from a single sitting. CSU’s want all scores and will superscore. Depending upon which CSU’s you are are applying, check them for their test score deadlines. I know SDSU will only accept up to the November sitting so your December scores will not be considered if applying.
@Gumbymom @lilypippili All of the schools that I’m applying to in the UC/CSU systems accept December SATs. And I just requested Collegeboard to send in all my scores once my December scores are available… Am I all set for the SAT scores then?
Yes, you are all set but you do realize your Dec SAT scores will be sent blind (you will not see the scores before they are sent)?
@Gumbymom I’m quite confident that I will do better this time. Even if that does not happen, I will have to send all my scores to UC anyways, and the CSUs do superscores.
@gumbymom @lilypippili Thank you so much!
