UC Davis Summer housing

<p>Summer session is almost here! Is anybody looking for a place to live? I have an apartment that I will be renting out from June 9th- September 22nd. Large size, fully furnished, great cable package, great internet, across the street from trader joes, and best of all, only a 5 minute walk to campus. Only 600 and you get an entire apt to yourself. I have a few people interested, but I want to someone who I really feel comfortable renting too. Best wishes Please just message me or post here. </p>

<p>Hey Knightmight so i emailed you but i am not sure if it went through because my computer had a sudden heart attack.</p>

<p>So anyways, my sister and i are interested in the place (She’s going to take both sessions I and II, and i’m only doing II), i wanted to ask whether utilities are covered or not, and in which area of Davis is the property in, like relative to how close it is to campus (because to my knowledge only some areas of campus will be used for summer sessions), because we hate walking lol</p>
