"I agree with the people who say quantity over quality. I think as addicted CCers we all have the time on our hands to sift through one big ass thread!!! ahah."

Yeah...the point is that these forums could be a great help to those who aren't addicted CCers, but they will be turned off by an immense thread.

Nina Myers:he is gonna put a bullet in my head before I can say hello, and then he'll turn the gun on himself.
Jack Bauer: We'll make sure he doesn't turn the gun on himself

since kevin 101 brought up irrelevant info hahahaha
(for those of you who aren't fans, this is a quote from that show "24")

"24" is my favorite tv show. i recommend it to anyone who is into a lot of action and terrorist plots. =) man i want to shoot like jack bauer! that guy is cooooool!

how's the update going for berkeley? from what i remember, there was SO much paper work to keep me busy after i applied here.

I've completed everything by now... update forms, application, financial aid and etc...

hey you know the number 24? In Cantonese, we say 2 as "nhin" and 4 as "si" and if 24 is combined.. it sounds like "nhin si" which also sounds like "easy to die" in Cantoense. :D

some Chinese folks especially the ones who speak Cantonese do not like the number 24 and you know... number 8 will always be their favorite because 8 sounds like "bat" which means being rich or wealthy. :D

Yeah, it's slowing down a bit, but I think it's because people are busy with their classes.

I'm taking 23 units this semester in order to finish my (TAG) with UCSD. However, if I get into UCSB (which is my #1 choice), I will be able to drop about 8 units which I'm only taking to fulfill my TAG (UCSD w/TAG is my safety).

To be honest though, it's not all that difficult because I am taking two foreign language classes (10 units) in which I already speak the language. In reality, it's more like I'm taking 13 units. I REALLY hope I get into UCSB though, as it will allow to relax a little more and enjoy my last semester at JC.

Organic Chemistry II w/ lab - 5 units
Calculus II - 5 units
Introductory Statistics - 3 units
Honors History 1 - 3 units
General Biology I - 4 units
Tennis Skills - 1 unit
Service Learning - 1 unit

YIKES! It'll be a the tennis class and service learning class won't be much. But I'm so afraid of ochem and biology. It'll be a long semester.
