UC decision dates...

I dunno, hopefully UCSB lets us know soon since according to their sites they accept students w. a 2.8+ IGETC.

I submitted my application on NOv 30 at like 3:00 AM lol.

i want to post the countdown tonight

UCLA Admissions decisions website is officially open.
<a href="https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/decision/login.htm%5B/url%5D">https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/decision/login.htm</a>
Enjoy people

U deserve to post the countdown for posting that link. :)

"We have received your application for Fall Quarter 2006. However, admission decisions have not yet been made for our transfer applicants. We plan to begin notifying transfer applicants of our decisions starting in late April. Please check with us again around that time."

I got so scared when i saw that. the first thing i saw on the page was the word "HOWEVER".LOL. I was just over at the ucla page and the majority of people who posted got rejected. sad. Freshman competition is crazy.

Brings back Fresh memories, u know. Which are not that good since i got rejected and spent like 5 looking at that site hoping it would change lol.

If they put that site, maybe it's an indication that the decision will be posted earlier than most thing. Hopefully. I dunno. Maybe it's b/c Fesh decisions are comming out. who knows.

ANyhow, we still have a very long time to wait. So right now isn't the time to think about UCLA. At least for me.

I do not think i should get into UCLA. I keep thinking about friends that i knew who got rejected from UCLA two yrs ago, w/ 4.3s, 1450 on SAT etc.

I am just an average community college student. I don't think I am worthy to go to UCLA.

Yuri, I feel the same :[

then again, i think of the many average student who got into ucla from ccc, i can't help but wonder, "WHY NOT ME?".

Davis: March 15-April 30 (4 days to go)
San Diego: March 15-April 30 (4 days to go)
Santa Barbara: March 17-April 30 (6 days to go)
Santa Cruz: March 15-April 30 (4 days to go)

Los Angeles: April 30->> (50 days to go)
Berkeley: May 1 (51 days to go)

Irvine: March 1-April 30 (BEGUN)
Merced: March 1-March 31 (BEGUN)
Riverside: March 1-April 30 (BEGUN)

Wow...it's cool being able to log into ANYTHING on the UCLA site, even if it doesn't say anything. I log into my USC one all the time just to feel like i'm closer to being a real student. USC's admission log in thing is way cooler than UCLA's though, you can save preferences and stuff; it's almost like i'm a real student!!

Hey i dont like how ucla's decision website is setup. you input all your information and then like magic your decision is going to appear. damn lol.

kyle, can you link me to USC's admissions website?

I feels good to see that I have a UCLA student id, although I am not actually admitted. :(

kylefc, USC won't post their admission decisions on their websites; they use it for communication purposes like requesting verifying documents and so.
I've called them many times and they confirmed over and over again that they only send regular mails for admission decision by June 1st.

someone link me up to MyUCLA!

i tried logging in.

This mean anything?

"Alert! Your UID PIN is in a reset status. You need to change your PIN before using your UID to login.

Your UID/PIN is in a reset status. This is likely because either your account is new or you recently reset the PIN through an administrative office. Before logging in, you must first change your PIN.

The PIN change function is available via URSA Online. Click here to change your PIN.

Special Note for MyUCLA and GradeBook users:

If you are a staff, faculty, or newly admitted student , it is possible that your PIN is still in a reset status even though you had previously successfully logged into MyUCLA using your PIN. Please change your PIN using URSA Online.

If you have further questions regarding using your UID/PIN with MyUCLA, please contact the MyUCLA help desk at myucla@college.ucla.edu. "

kinda scared to change to try and changing the pin... lol... :D

I don't really see why you'd need to log into Myucla if you're not a student. Nothing much there is going to help you, it's mostly just a way for students to keep their class information organized.
