<p>I think what she meant was that they do the research on you. While on my tour at UCLA, they mentioned that there is money to be made being a research participant. They told us a story of this guy who was told to look at red dot through like a microscope object. After about two hours this guy had enough and ran into the researchers office to tell him. He was handed a check and told they just wanted to see how long he would sit there staring at the red dot. hahahahaha. mean.</p>

<p>What’s up everybody- this is my first post, but I've been hanging around since I tried to find out some info on the ucla regents letter a few weeks ago(I was all excited, but it turns out its not an admission, so "pop" went my bubble)</p>

<p>I figured that if I am going to check in on what you guys have to say about admissions multiple times per day, I should just participate. The admissions decisions are getting close and my neuroticism is ridiculous. I’m waiting on Irvine, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Berkeley. I also applied Pepperdine and Stanford, schools which have no place on this forum, I know. Anyway, I’m hoping to get into the business major at the schools I applied to (yes, including Haas at Berkeley). </p>

<p>I just decided to jump into the forum to get some company and have some fun in the process.</p>

<p>oh my god, you guys. i just realized that tonight i'm gonna have to pull my second allnighter this week. why do i do this? you'd think having been in school for almost four years, i would've gotten over this bs. hopefully there'll be good news waiting for me tomorrow so I'll have something to look forward to.
