<p>I'm working on my essay #1, and I was considering writing about my background with farm animals. But now I'm wondering if that would be a little too common seeing as UC Davis is known for their agricultural work. What do you guys think? And even if so, should I really change topics seeing as I'm applying to three other UC schools?</p>
<p>What you have to consider is if you can take what you did with farm animals and describe “how [farm animals have] shaped your dreams and aspirations.”
If you can do that, then I see why not. It might also be quite unique too.</p>
