@SweetCaliforniaWeather-12 Its typically considered a “middle-tier” school in terms of UCs, but that’s just because California has arguably the best state schools in the country.
@NickGer it’s ok same here. Instead focus on the colleges that u did get accepted to. If not then there there are other ways to get to a UC! (CC) stay hopeful.
@CaliUSA7 Yeah that’s what I thought but apparently not good enough… probably because I am Asian… Most of the people I talked to said my essays were really good but…not for admin councilors…not being cocky…I know my application want perfect…I just thought I had a better chanc e
@SweetCaliforniaWeather-12 UC is ranked #6 out of the nine UCs. It is a second tier school.

@NickGer Im so sorry to hear about your admission decisions, but have you ever thought maybe you did something wrong in your application? Maybe it’s the major. Maybe it’s your essays. Maybe they can’t find a place where they identified you improving yourself/ passionate about something/ being a leader in your own life. If you got rejected by 6 UCs, something went wrong with your application, not because the AOs didn’t like your essays or whatever.
