@penguinluver you did not have to write anything for the waitlist but some applicants felt there was information they didn’t include in their original application so they submitted appeals.
My grant @ UCI is listed as “accepted.”
I never had to submit my mom’s tax information or anything. Did they accept what I entered on the fafsa as true? Do they not require any verification? My last school required I use the IRS data retrieval tool to “update” the information my school had on file.
Does anyone know if we have to send any transcript or AP test scores as a waitlisted applicant?
@chocoPie99 You only had to SIP ( Statement Intent to Participate) while being waitlisted. Unless specifically requested, all you can do is just SIP and wait. Waitlsited applicants were allowed to appeal which included transcripts but that deadline passed on May 15.

Accepted of the waitlist today! Japanese Language and Literature with a really low gpa (I think 2.79) but a lot of ECs and 64 college credits

on the plus side they started accepting waitlists so early this year so I feel like we all have a good shot
