Reflection:

Strengths: I believe my personal insight questions set me apart from other applicants. I revised them for months and have had numerous parties review and give me feedback since I personally believe I lack in academics and extracurriculars as opposed to most other applicants.
Weaknesses: Purely my academic record alongside my test scores. A 3.88 cumulative is not bad at all, however, when considering a college system like the UC, it is definitely sub-par although I think it isn’t too bad considering UCR’s statistics in the past.

Why you think you were accepted: I think my academics were strong overall, and I did my best to show all facets of myself and be genuine in the essays. Maybe they thought I was well-rounded because I was involved in academics and a grab bag of extracurriculars. Who knows?
