UC Riverside Creative Writing M.F.A. advice?

<p>I would like to transfer from my community college, after finishing my GE, with a major focus in Creative Writing. Does anyone have experience with UCR and it's Creative Writing program what do you think about it? I have heard some good things. is it a nice school? How is the education, the atmosphere, the students? I am used to the Riverside area I grew up here, I hope to move after college but I don't need advice as far as what it's like to live here. Thank you, any and all advice is appreciated :).</p>

<p>You should post in the UCR forum directly. I would also suggest contacting the school and asking if you can talk to some Creative Writing graduates.</p>

<p>I believe an internationally known mystery author, Elizabeth George, graduated from UCR!</p>
