<p>I don't see why it would be any more difficult - unless you are comparing a transfer into a California private that has a Transfer Agreement with a cc.</p>
<p>Your chances of transfer from a UC would depend on the usual, imo: your GPA, scores, recs, strength of your courseload.</p>
