I just submitted my app for winter 2010 admission to UCSC, UCM, UCR, and UCSD. I currently have a 3.6 with 43 credits done and am already enrolled in 17 credits for fall to finish my 60 credits. I attend a California community college and have been a California resident since birth. My major is Political Science, and I've already finished most of the IGETC requirements(English, Math, Humanities, Social behavioral sciences).. Anyone have any input on what my chances are being accepted to the campuses I applied to? Help will be greatly appreciated!

You have a shot, especially coming from a CCC. You will definitely get into Merced and Riverside. San Diego will be a reach; not sure about Santa Cruz.

SD will be a low reach (considering you’re coming from a CC), you’re def in at all the rest.

yeah I’m a little worried that UCR and UCM will be the only ones that accept me, not really excited to go to either of those schools…
