Thank you for helping me out. I'm an international student.
I attended 4 year college in Asia in 2007 for spring semester. I got all F's because I stopped going to school after the first week and didn't drop the classes in time.
Now I'm in community college in CA, have 4.0 gpa, and applied to UC's for the 2012 Fall. Please let me know if you know anyone from overseas who got bad grades for personal reasons and came to America and transfered to UC's. Also will the all F's factor into my overall gpa even though the reasons of the straight F's is that I quit school and just didn't drop the classes? All my personal reasons explained on the UC application. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Did you graduate from the college in Asia? If so I don’t think you are allowed to apply as a transfer applicant. If not, the admission office will take your explainations and circumstances into consideration, and if they are reasonable they will often omit your bad grades.
