<p>Well it can count if you're taking a major prep during winter and get a C in it - UCs want your final grades in July.</p>
<p>lol, it's kinda a pleasent surprise to me. now i can say everything is trully done and over as far as uc admission.</p>
<p>WINTER GRADEs has very little importance toward the UC admission decision as long as we can pass the courses with about at least a B? Or winter grades does count really?
Thus, our job is like 95% done with the remaining percetage 5% hearing of admission decision and finishing all the remaining courses in Winter and Spring? Woo hoo... yay! Let's wait for the good news</p>

<p>I'm sure that Fall 2005 grades will be factored in to first examine your trend in performance (dropping grade trend or upward trend), seconly to have the most up-to-date of your performance. </p>
<p>However, i'm not sure about whether or not the use Winter grades because the deadline of updating is on Feb 15 but many of us would have the grades after Feb 15, though.</p>
