UCB, UCLA, UCSD, UCI + Stanford chances

Ok well looking around here, I guess I'm pretty average. The reason I'm asking what my chances are is that I have a pretty decent GPA (at least I think so) but I feel like my ECs are lacking and I'm not sure if the fact that I never really stuck to a sport for more than a year is a bad thing.
Edit: Also now I'm a little worried that I aimed too high and might not get accepted into any of these... Should I choose more lower-end schools?

Key:
**Should I even include these? [Ignore these if you're in a rush]

I live in California, this is where I'm applying (for CS):
UC Berkeley
UC Irvine
UC Los Angeles
UC San Diego
[Also, if you can, Stanford, I'm applying there but I know it's a reach]

Ethnicity: Asian (parents from Bangladesh)

GPA:
Weighted: 4.04
Unweighted: 3.82
College Prep(?): 4.12
Class rank: 27 of 324

SAT:
.Reasoning (first time/second time)
--CR 620/650
--Math 790/800
--Writing 690/610
--TOTAL 2100/2060
-Superscore:2140
.Math II
--780
.Physics
--600**

APs (took all these as classes, too):
Calculus AB: 5
English Language and Composition: 4
Environmental Science: 4
U.S. History: 2**
World History: 4

ECs:
- Drumming (since 5th grade, using for art supplement for Stanford)
- Lacrosse (Freshman year)
- Track & Field: Pole Vault (Sophomore year)
- Produce digital music (Like techno and stuff, I sample real instruments but it's composed on the computer)**
- Film and edit videos with friends (this sounds rather weak, but I'm pretty good with visual effects and whatnot)**
- Started charitable clothing brand (this year)**

Volunteer Stuff:
-Grameen Bank (Spent month in Bangladesh visiting villages and talking to 'borrowers')

Awards:
-"Letter of Commendation" for scoring in the top 3% on the PSAT**

Other:
-Passed "Cisco Networking Academy: Data Communication and Networking" class at local community college**
-Leadership position as Publicity Director in school's Student Government**

But yeah any comments/advice would be appreciated. If you need anymore info feel free to ask. Thanks in advance!

Don’t send the sat physics or the 2 on the ap test. I would say average shot at uc’s and high reach at stanford

Why does every CA kid throw Stanford on their list. In all honesty it’s not worth your time writing all of those essays. Neither your rank or SATs make you competitive there without the EC issue.

UCB and LA are realistic reaches. You should be in at the others.

@Waverly
I actually agree with you very much. Applying to Stanford is mostly to please my parents (I mean I would love to go there but as long as I get a good education I’ll be fine), but I can’t convince my mom that it isn’t worth it applying to Stanford.

UC’s dont superscore. Also for Berkeley it depends on what major you’re applying for. I assume L&S thought. You have a good/average chance for UCB and UCLA. Stanford is really a reach, as for anyone.

Stanford is an extreme reach.

UCB and UCLA are low to mid reaches. Why did you do so much worse on writing the second time?

UCI is a safety and UCSD a match.

Stanford is a high reach.
UCB and UCLA are reaches.
You should in at the others.

The first time I did great on the questions and terrible on the essay, and the second time I did pretty bad on the questions and just alright on the essay.

I was considering doing the art supplement for Stanford by playing a song that I composed and then sending it in, but that’s due by December 1st. I’m starting to think that if it’s that high of a reach anyway, I shouldn’t even bother and instead send it by the January deadline if I decide to apply at all.
