UCD or UCSB for comp sci

<p>Between UC Davis and UC Santa Barbara, which do you think has a better computer science program and why?</p>

<p>I am mainly concerned about how good the school’s computer science program is. From my research, in certain computer science rankings, Davis ranks higher, while in others Santa Barbara ranks higher (or have I just done this wrong). However Davis ranks higher in its general ranking. I am mainly concerned with witch school has a better reputation for computer science and which would be more helpful for getting job opportunities or applying to grad school.</p>

<p>I am not too concerned with other aspects of each college as I know I will have fun and focus on my academics at either school.</p>

I am accepted by UCSB, UCD,UCSD, UCI,
rejected by UCLA, waiting for UCB
MY major is Applied Mathematics. SAT 1720. GPA 4.1
UCD is very good for agriculture, biology, and computer science. Of course it is not as good as ucsd ucla, or ucb.
UCSB 's engineering program is not good. Trust me.</p>
