UCF Financial Aid

In November of last year, I was offered admission to the University of Central Florida for fall 2013. When I logged on to the myUCF, it said Congratualtions blah blah and then it said accept or decline. I haven't clicked either of the options because I am still unsure of where I will attend. (My counselor told me that accpeting will "binding", and I would have to attend it). My question is do I have to accept in order to be able to receive any offers for freshman scholarships? Because I havent received any scholarship offers from UCF.

Anyone…?

Accepting for UCF is not binding. I was wondering this same thing and they told me that they will expect you to attend UCF, but it is not binding. I am not 100% sure about the scholarships, but I do know that they come randomly and you should expect to hear about grants/financial aid mid-March. Hope this helps!

I don’t think you to accept to receive scholarship offers. many people have already and it is not March yet. I would email Mr. Luke (email on the web) asking him about scholarship offers. He is in charge of that department.
If you accept and pay the deposit is not binding, but if you decide not to attend, you may lose the $200.
