My major is undecided before you guys ask. I have toured both places and I know that FSU is more renowned and wellknown. I enjoyed UCF’s campus a lot and i loved the gym. there seems to be alot to do in the area with lots of restaurants and close proximity to many shops and fun places. FSU i felt like was in the middle of nowhere although the campus itself had an old charm to it. i feel like besides the college itself there isnt much to do. which ones is better in terms of social and college life? i will definitely be looking for a part-time job (to pay for car insurance and such) at either location and i feel like theres many more job ops in orlando. i am just very conflicted because this is a big choice i have to make very soon bc i have to sign leases on an apartment before all the good ones fill up at either location. any advice is helpful!
FSU. Better resources, better reputation. UCF is excellenr for STEM but is currently suffering from growing pains (overcrowding, too many students forced into online classes). As for a fun college life, I don’t think students are bored in either place.
