UCF vs. FSU

Got accepted into both, plan on majoring in Business/marketing/entrepreneurship.
Definitely want to join a Fraternity. Which one is best for me?

Both of them are equally good in the fields you wanna major in. And I believe they both also have good fraternities.

It’s all a matter of where you feel comfortable being at. Visit both colleges. I got into UCF and FSU. So far I’ve taken a tour at UCF and I loved it! Next up is FSU.

Don’t look into colleges for their rankings/standing, only where it feels good for you. Whether you go to UCF or FSU, you will come out with a great Business/Emtrepeneurship Degree :)

I toured UCF and I like how everything is pretty much in a circle and it’s somewhat hard to get lost. The buildings are more modern and whatnot. When I went to FSU a few months ago to visit my friends, it takes a while to get accustomed to where everything is and the buildings are more historic and look nice. Also, at FSU, their Student Union has a bowling alley in it. UCF is in Orlando, but not in the city of. We are in northern Orange County near the Seminole County line. There are a lot of things to do in Downtown, regardless if it’s daytime or nighttime. FSU is in Tallahassee, which is fairly big, but not as big as Orlando. There are things to do around town up in Tally. What I recommend doing is touring both Universities to see which one you get a feel for. I love the spirit at both universities, more at FSU, but being a Knight is great. It does get a little warmer in the summer up there and somewhat colder in the winter. They get a lot of rain in the winter. Umm, as for Fraternities, I could recommend two for Business: (1) Delta Sigma Pi and (2) Alpha Kappa Psi or AKPSI. They are both good and help you with networking and whatnot. As for Social, that’s something I really don’t know too much about. Good luck in whatever you pursue.

Check out the current catalogs for a business/entrepreneurship major for each university to see which one you’ll enjoy more (you can probably find them online). One may give more emphasis in one aspect of business than the other (for example, one may focus more on finances, and the other business strategies). Also, decide what type of environment you’ll want to live in. FSU is much more of a small college-town, with weather like Georgia. UCF is a large and populous city, which has much more going on than just UCF. To me, I prefer large cities more than college-towns, so I’m leaning towards UCF.
