@800math My friend emailed his regional admissions officer and she explicitly said, “It’s no secret. 5:00” And this follows the trend of 5:00 EST the past couple of years! And many said that they called the admissions office and received that same answer. I would attach a screenshot of the email, but we can’t add photos!

Do interviews really count for internationals? They are not selective at the least, and applicant can request them, and most probably we will know if an hour and half, but I am curious

Good luck everyone and remember that it really doesn’t say too much negatively about you if you don’t get into a school like UChicago-- they have so many good applicants that it really is a guessing game from admission’s standpoint. Many students will get denied here and end up doing better than most of the people who get accepted, it’s just the nature of selective college admissions. Again, good luck everyone!
