I will be attending the University of Chicago in the fall and I was wondering how well Uchi feeds into top MBA programs.
Chicago tends to do pretty well. For one, there’s a program at Booth called the Chicago Booth Scholars Program, which acts as a 2+2 program exclusively for Chicago undergraduates. Chicago also tends to feed pretty well into Kellogg (I think we’re the no. 2 feeder after NWU itself) and (I’ve heard) Wharton–though historically the finance jobs Chicago students got were primarily trading jobs that don’t tend to lead to MBAs. We’re probably a tad weaker than Duke/Columbia at getting kids into HBS and Dartmouth Tuck, though I suspect we’re a tad stronger than those at getting kids to Stanford GSB and MIT Sloan.
