UCI Assist Question

Transfer Students UC Transfers

<p>I was looking at Assist for UCI's science majors ie. pharm sciences, micro bio, etc... (particularly in biological sciences division) and I saw on the top on almost all that </p>

<p>"The requirements can only be completed at UC Irvine after transfer. "</p>

<p>and when I went here to look at the requirements they are talking about UCI</a> Change of Major Criteria: School of Biological Sciences
it seems as though the only classes you can take at CC are Gen Chem. and Physics, but Bio and Ochem must be taken at UCI?</p>

<p>Anybody have any insight on this?</p>

<p>That means no concurrent enrollment allowed to complete your pre-reqs after you transfer. You can transfer everything to UCI before you transfer. </p>

<p>They are letting me transfer first 2 years of bio, 2 year of chem, and 1 year of physics to UCI. I can already start registering for the upper division bio classes just like the other juniors at UCI.</p>

<p>You have to take O-Chem AT UCI? Whaaaaa, I thought you needed it to transfer to UCI???</p>
