That means that you will be offered loans, but not any gift aid–basically, any aid you get, you’ll have to pay back.

rejected: berkeley, san diego, santa barbara

GOT INTO UCLA! lol!

“Your file is complete. We expect to have your financial aid award available shortly. You will receive notification from us once your award information is available.”

so i am getting financial aid?

■■■■■ at how old this is

what is this regents? 24k for the year or for the quarter? how much does it cost to go to UCI?

gonna google incase someone doesn’t answer

Regents is if you have a GPA of 3.8 or over, I think. At UCLA, for Regents you have to apply and write an essay in addition to having a high GPA. I don’t know about UCI.

Last year, my UC financial aid package was around 26k including scholarships and excluding loans.

darn, i won’t get that then, I’m like 3.5.

i thought the amount of aid you get can’t exceed COA.

so are you at UC right now? you should be living like a king/queen with +26k. are you <30 or 30>

In terms of age? <25.

The only UC I got accepted to last year was UCR. My GPA was worse (I received academic renewal for some bad old grades and my GPA went from 3.3 to 3.9) and I hadn’t finished most of my pre-reqs (namely, calculus). So I decided to wait another year!

no your total financial aid, haha not your age

Rofl, I was like, “How is that relevant, wuttheffffff kitty?”

Total financial aid, including loans, was 31k I believe.

hello, I’m sorry if I sound dumb, but I’m out of state and wanting to go to UCI for a pre-pharmacy major, can someone give me an estimate on the amount of financial aid I can receive per year? My family makes around 50k a year including both parents and I get free lunch at school. Most of my family is in California and I’d like to be closer to them; I’m also very homesick. Also, on this thread people are receiving around 24k, is that per year or overall in their college career?

haha i just now got to read this, sorry for the confusion asph’

I know this is a few years ago but I got accepted to UCI a few days ago and I checked My Aid and this is what they said:
