<p>So, Today I called the Admissions office and the lady who attended me right off the bat sounded like she was ****ed off.</p>
<p>I asked her a simple question "Is it possible that I can arrange a meeting with an admissions officer? I have a weird financial situation."</p>
<p>and she replied (angrily) "Why do u need to???"</p>
<p>"It's complicated, I was wondering if..." then she CUT ME OFF and said "I'll transfer u to financial aid"</p>
<p>(okay?)</p>
<p>After 10 minutes of hold the lady says "Can u hold? okay" (puts me on hold for 5 more minutes)</p>
<p>So I got transferred there and explained to the lady "well, I have a green card issue, won't be able to do FAFSA, I'm applying for scholarships, etc."</p>
<p>and she just said "Okay, and?" (don't care voice)
"Is there any help (not aid) for students like me, any counseling?"
and she said "Well, You don't qualify for anything from our office" (duh, I already KNEW that)</p>
<p>so she said "I'll transfer u to the registrar about billing options"</p>
<p>and so I waited....and waited....then it hung up.</p>
<p>I was like "*** man!"</p>
<p>TOTAL waste of 15 minutes of hold time and conversation time!
I mean, I understand they're probably getting a TON of calls a day and all but they need to be a little nicer, not just "We really don't care about u" attitude!
I didn't get any more info.... I could've gotten (and actually did) get more info from CC!</p>
<p>Bad costumer service man, rating is F for FAIL</p>
<p>Well, now I'm back to scholarship apps because that's one thing I'll surely be able to get money</p>
