UCI or UCSB for business economics?

So I got into hmthe honors program for both. UCI seems to offer way more as an honors student, so academically, it would be best to go to UCI. However, when I visited on Honors Experience Day, the school seemed so sleepy and dead. My high school was a pretty chill and calm high school where everyone focused on academics. In college, I’m looking to experience more things and be more outgoing and social. Which is why I’m considering UCSB. but u realize that in UCI, I’ll have more of an opportunity to stand out since a majority of the students seem driven, but soft spoken. UCSB has a more social and talkative feel, which can be good but I’ll have less of an opportunity to stand out unless I work really hard and really put myself out there. Anyone out there who can give me some insight?
