UCI to UCSB Transfer?

<p>I'm considering attempting this, as I really regret not going to UCSB in the first place. ( I was accepted as a CS major ). How hard is this transfer going to be? What kind of GPA am I going to need? I do not think I am going to retake SAT's ( I had a 1940 previously, 740 math, 670 English....and a rather terrible writing).</p>

<p>^He wants to get INTO UCSB. I know someone that transfered their freshman year from Berkeley to LA. I don't know if its applicable here. He didn't even go into the same major.</p>
