UCLA admission

Curious, what major are you kings13?

I’m a pre-history L&S major, TAP certified. Don’t see the aid yet either, not a big deal though. There were people who did not see the aid and still got accepted last year. Other L&S majors chime in if you see it or not.

nope, poli sci here and i dont see anything. i still have 3 columns as well.

Sounds like you got in OP.

Congratulations!

chibi, it was 3 columns until the 1st wave came out last year. It seems like the 16th might be the day FA shows up again for L&S majors. This is exciting, the process is finally winding down, went by pretty quick.

where do you guys go to check? i created a URSA or w/e account and it said:

"Our records indicate that you do not have access to use URSA at this time…

Are you a new UCLA Student, a former UCLA Student, a UCLA Alumnus?

You must have your 9-digit UCLA Identification Number associated with your UCLA Logon ID to access URSA. You can find this number:

 • On your online or paper letter of admission (new students)
 • On your BruinCard (current students, former students, alumni)
 • On your UCLA transcript (current students, former students, alumni)"

where do i check the status of my application? since they said april 30th i never bothered to log in.

baller90210:

When you create an URSA account, you need to select new UCLA student. You can use your UC application ID to create the account.

L&S–I see nothing

baller, i actually made the same mistake today. you are supposed to pretend that you are a UCLA student and click that while signing up. then you put in your UCLA student-id that is featured on your UCLA decisions page.

nijkon, im going to be honest - i am scared like crazy. lol. my future will be defined next week and even though people here gave me reassurance about my chances, i still have those everlasting thoughts of being rejected.

good luck to everyone!

chibi, I’m trying hard not to freak out too lol. I’m content though, UCSD is a great school. Seeing the FA today would have been the Cherry on Top to a great day. I was finally able to buy the Madcatz SFIV Tournament Edition FightStick at a retail store. They’ve been going for double the price on eBay for a while.

^
LOL. [: I’m glad you’re getting your mind off of it?

@ chibi Aren’t we all? Best of luck to you! [:

Haha, I love this freaking FightStick. I have a lot to learn though :[, I was practicing a lot with the regular remote, now to relearn it on the stick!

Retail is 149, lucky to have found it today.

Here’s what mine looks like, I’m an art major and it updated to this about a week ago:

http://i36.■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■/albums/e6/pelicanmontero/Picture1-1.png

yes, very low income indeed. Any ideas?

Grats montero!

People who saw that last year were all accepted into UCLA.

Yeah! What a great sign! [:

Lucky, lucky. ;P

have any other engineer majors had the fin aid updated? I’m chemical and mine hasn’t changed. :frowning:
Hey nousename, could you give your stats? That is, if you don’t mind of course.

so far all the people who have seen the FA info in URSA have the costs of attendance at $24,000. Maybe they are doing all the out of state transfers first?

congrats montero!!! decisions will be out tomorrow!!!

Decision will be out Tomorrow?

It’s total cost of attendance, not just tuition. Most UCs cost about 24k a year. Tuition, Housing, Book/supplies, and misc fees.

lsgpep, what are you basing that statement off of?
