Was there anyone who saw their financial aid on ursa and not get accepted to UCLA last year?

According to this post:

Everyone who saw it got in.

DKH why would you receive an award for financial aid and get rejected? doesnt make sense. It makes more sense for a person who doesn’t receive it, but has good stats to get in dont you think?

actually, “transferguy1” claims to have been able to see financial award last year and was rejected.

If you read it again, Transferguy1 saw the fa summary for both years because of a glitch in the system similar to UCI…because his student cotribution of 200 was exactly the same, and it shouldn’t be for two different years.
For example, peppamint posted that he got his fa summary from uci for 2009, and he got the same thing for 2008 when he applied, and the same for 2007 when he applied as a freshy…(basically it shows the same numbers on each year you applied)

so I think that clears it up…that nobody was officially rejected if they saw the fa summary

cheeser, do the board a favor and stop acting like a smarty pants.

chesser … I don’t mean to be MEAN…and I’m sure you’re just trying to be helpful (thanks)…but a lot of the advice you’re giving is not really helping people on this board…in fact…it either just doesn’t answer the question or makes them more confused…soooo :/

chesser came back!

don’t listen to chesser guys… he gave me poor info before. the ones who were notified of FAFSA can feel safe. :D

sigh thank you.
