I attend UCLA and am shooting to become a biz econ major (it's the closest to a biz major at UCLA they don't offer straight busines), I haven't finished all my pre-reqs yet but have a simple question: What is more desireable and advantageous to internships/career opportunities: a double major in biz econ and history or biz econ with a minor in stat. If all goes well I plan to work a few years (4-6) after undergrad and then apply to biz school. Just one field that really interests me is hospital/health-care management. I know ikt's a strange question that may be devoid of a definitive answer but any input is appreciated (which major for the future)?

Well, employers don't really care about double majors (I've seen sakky say this many times over) and the recognition of the statistics minor does not even show up on the diploma but only the transcript.

Statistics however is good for finance so the statistics minor ought to help you out. I don't see how the History major is going to help you at all.

stat sounds better
accounting is even better i think
