ucla business vs berk business

ok i do realize that ucla has no business but im juss wondering how big of a diff graduating from ucla as compared to berk. will berkeley really open more doors for me? i guess the only reason i wouldnt choose to go to berk if i was acccepted because of the environment.
ALSO
if lets say im going to be doing an economics major but i want to do business later on will doing economics hurt my chances later on like in finding a job? thnx

Economics is pretty much business theory. Stanford and UCLA have economics and Berkeley (Haas) has Business Admin. You can major in anything you want if you want to get into a MBA program. If I where you I would go to Berkeley and do Business Admin, you might get a better job and work for a couple of years and get an MBA.

for 'business' major, berkeley's haas is no doubt better than ucla's 'business econ' major. (if you wanna take accounting minor, maybe ucla's anderson is a good choice)

for general 'economics' major, i dont think there's any big difference among UCs.
