Can anyone confirm if decisions will be released on March 17th or 24th? If they follow the same trend from last year, I’d assume they would be released on the 17th
Also, is it possible to check decisions on the UC application portal or do we have to go to each college’s respective portal?
@LoriLaner for now it’s guessing but I would put my money on the 17th. Either way it won’t make a difference. You will have to check on the portal for each campus.
The last two years it looks like decisions have come out on the last day of the quarter, which is the 24th this year. So that date makes sense in that regard.

For the last two years, it’s came out on the 3rd Friday of March, which is the 17th this year
Both of those Fridays were the last day of finals. There is some logic to either the 17th or 24th.
Or… as was posted earlier, the second to last Friday which, this year would be the 24th. :-/

Btw I looked back at the past 4 or 5 years of admission threads and I found one (I think class of 2017) that came out the second to last Friday of the Month. It was the 4th Friday

My twin got accepted last year to UCLA and the decision come out on the mid-March’s
Every year the date changes, so we just need to wait everyday to see our decisions lol
It’s the second to last Friday, I believe. Looking at the notification dates for 2013 and 2012, both of which had 5 Fridays in March, the decisions came out in both years on the second to last Friday rather than on the third Friday. So I would guess that the notification date this year will be on the 24th. Good luck!
I have a dilemma and thought I should get more opinions. My dream school is UCLA (has been since I was in middle school). I’m an OOS student so chances are that I’m not going to receive a lot of aid in order to attend. Is the student loan debt worth it if I’m going to my dream school or is it best to give up that dream?
