@eeeusernameeee The schools are separate in their admissions decisions. They don’t communicate regarding applicants but I wouldn’t take that as a bad sign at all!
Well the admissions offices are separate for each UC, but I guess so? @eeeusernameeee
@mgeronimo for L&S major is not considered at all. For other schools (ie. engineering), alternate major is not considered due to the large number of applicants.
UCSD also kind of took their portal down, a lot of the stuff that was previously on it has been removed since this morning…
@eeeusernameeee Yeah I got that too. That just means you’re a top applicant for UCSB. UCLA is definitely a bit more competitive, but I think it’s safe to say you have a good shot

@boxerluvr so few students even can get accepted to a california school due to so much competition. All the OOS schools in the west are filled with cali students.
Good luck to all of u. Last year I was a borderline student and was given the additional supplementary questionnaire. Unfortunately, I never completed it as I had thought everyone had received that. So at the end I was rejected but I stayed with the " what would have happened" if I had turned such thing in… Anyways good luck to all… It will definitely be a surprising Night for all of you. Admissions are so unpredictable!

I had a nightmare last night that I was asked for a supplementary app but didn’t know about it and got rejected because I didn’t fill it out :(( I’ve checked my email and portal 3 times to make sure it was just a dream but with or without that I’m still super nervous !!!
