Hello! I’ve narrowed my top choices to two schools, UCLA Computer science and engineering and CMU ece. I’m a California resident, so UCLA will be a lot cheaper for me, but I’ve heard that CMU’s ECE program is a lot better. I haven’t received any aid from either school (so 70k for cmu really sucks…), but my parents really want me to go to a school with the best program.
In terms of program (I want to do software as well as hardware), price, class size, college experience in general, which college makes most sense to attend?
