@Bruin321 Yes

haha k thanks…Im starting to second doubt myself…this waits making me go insane.

Yes but you don’t need a 4.0 for grad school. It’s not like CC, you just need to maintain at least a 3.5, and then just study hard for the GMAT or LSAT. Trust me, these scores can give you major leeway in the GPA department. The higher the score, the lower your GPA can be. You can even get into Harvard with a 3.5 if you have a high score on the GMAT and solid letters of req. 4.0 is not necessary. It’s not as easy to get a 4.0 at a major university, otherwise every grad student would be doing just as well as they did in CC. Forget about competition, just get A’s and B’s, and get close to at least 3 professors for letters of req, then study for about 6 months prior to the GMAT, and you will be perfectly set up for grad school.

I want to go to UCLA also for the tradition aspect. There are a lot of “Trojan” and “Bruin” families in LA who hang flags outside their houses and pass on this sense of school pride and spirit to their children.

You just don’t find that with other schools.

very true.

Go** Bruins!!!**

I want to go to UCLA because I want to know that (1) I am getting the college experience I have always dreamed of, and (2) I am being intellectually challenged and pushed to my full potential. Although the CSUs are good schools in their own right, they don’t offer what I am looking for.
