<p>Hey everyone. Emails have been disappearing from my UCLA email inbox about 10-15 at a time. This has happened twice already, the most recent time happened yesterday; I've looked in settings and can't find anything wrong, nor can I find the trash folder, if there is one. Has this happened to anyone else or just me?</p>
<p>Are you using an external mail client like “Mail” that comes on Macs? It could be that the e-mails are going to that computer client and being deleted from the account. At least that was what happened to me.</p>
<p>Yea, I’m using the Mail app. Is there a way to fix this or did you just stop using it?</p>
<p>I called UCLA tech support about this exact problem, set up your external email client (mac/iPhone/etc) to retrieve emails via IMAP instead of the default POP, (I’m pretty sure) this will stop the emails from being deleted.</p>
