no, tap is the Transfer Alliance Program between ucla and your ccc. linguistics is one of the alternate majors that you can tap to since it is not impacted

nah the portal is down. alum scholarship reading is tomorrow ( freshman had theirs a day after decisions). and regents came out a week ago.
