When do they announce scholarship recipients?
how is that possible ? don’t they need to wait until students SIR to see how many waitlist candidates they can accept ?

Yep, did all the rec. coursework, but the fact of the matter is CS is majorly (haha) impacted at UCB and UCLA (and other UCs as well). I knew it would basically be a chance game, and my chances didn’t look good, so I’m not too surprised. Still holding out for USC though.

Idk lol but that’s what the 2020 ucla waitlist thread showed! and some people found out june 1st, literally a day after and others around the 15th…I am giving UCLA until June 20th, if not imma start to make housing deposits to whatever school I SIR (Still waiting for UCSD) and from what I saw some who were notified like until September were usually rejected
EDIT:
maybe they knew they had some spots because many students who got accepted to UCLA may have SIR to other schools before the June 1st deadline idk…
