<p>UCLA’s campus is amazing and Cal’s kinda depressed me when I visited but that’s just my opinion which is obviously biased.</p>

<p>I’m taking a class at UCLA right now and I don’t see any construction going on at all…it’s a beeeautiful campus!!</p>
<p>There is construction on Rieber Hall, Sproul Hall, De Neve Drive, the road in front of Covel, etc. They are also doing some re-landscaping outside of Janss steps</p>
<p>During the summer session C they were doing a ton of construction outside of the Humanities building and they were working on Cafe 1919 next to hilltop and right outside Sproul. It was very annoying >.<</p>

<p>oh my god. DeNeve is HEAVEN! I stayed there for a week with a couple buddies and it’s like a hotel. The food’s not bad either. </p>
<p>Cal’s dorms on the other hand look like a prison. And there are thief’s that come in and steal stuff from open rooms. good thing I opted out of that mess</p>
<p>I may be one of the few Bruins not bothered by the construction. If you’ve ever lived in a big city then guys sectioning of a small part of a road and backing up trucks with dirt is practically quite time. Though I admit people in Sproul have it bad they are so close to it.</p>
<p>Are there celeb sightings at ucla?</p>
<p>Yes, I heard Adam Sandler plays basketball there… Celebs also stop in to speak, I mean the celebs live all around UCLA. They also frequent Westwood village…oh and there are red carpet movie openings at the old theater in Westwood</p>
<p>Kobe practices on our basketball court during the off season. Im not a laker fan but as an NBA fan that’s pretty dang cool.</p>
