UCLA Filipino Transfers - Student Empowerment Networking Day May 28th: Who's Going?

<p>So pretty much I got this e-mail about it. Kinda crazy how they were able to get a list of all the Filipino transfers. Anyone planning on going?
I RSVPed but it'd be good to connect with anyone else on here who is going too. </p>

<p>Here's what's happening:
Agenda
8:30-9:30am: Welcome!
9:30-10:15am: Collective-What Student Are You?
10:20-11am: Workshop 1- Financial Aid, How to Be a Competitive Student (either it be in a University or in Community College)
11-12:20pm: Campus Tour
12:30pm-2pm: Lunch at the Dorms
2:00-2:20pm: Dorm Tour
2:30-3:00pm: Find out what other Pilipino Organizations there are!
3:00-3:30pm: Collective- Post Graduation
3:30-5:00pm: Entertainment and Closing</p>

<p>How does one get that invitation? i’m filipino… but i didnt get any notice about that event.</p>

<p>I think you had to specifically check ‘Filipino’ for ethnicity. </p>
