I can see my financial aid summary now. Who else can see it??

Where are you seeing it? When I log in I can only see the letter that says, "We're still looking at apps, etc." and I can't see anything else. Can you link to the login page?

Here is the link: https://www.ursa.ucla.edu/

I can see it.

I think everyone, whose financial info has been processed, will be able to see it. I believe it is only when you see the awards that an eyebrow should be raised.

My efc is too high to receive financial aid and I did not apply for scholarships so no awards will ever appear on mine. I thought last year the financial aid data was a good sign...well if everyone can now see it then I guess you would be right. I guess the right question is then can anybody not see the summary?

Everyone who is able to see, what is your major and did you get a call

math, what do you mean by seeing your financial aid summary? please clarify that for me.
Do you mean the award can be seen, including the loan amount, cal grant, pell grant, etc, or do you mean the page itself is now available?

Just an example.

This is what I see (except I replaced my contibution with x's obviously )

Summary 2008-2009 Academic Year

Housing Status: Off-Campus
Financial Aid File Status: Complete
Financial Aid Notification (FAN): Not Available
Cost of Attendance: $22,974.00
Student Contribution: $xx,xxx.00
Parent Contribution: $0.00

Total Financial Need: $0.00

Like I said I have no financial need and I did not apply for any scholarships so I won't have anything awarded.

A dumb question, but I'm assuming I won't be able to see this without a FAFSA on file... right?

Yeah if you didn't apply for financial aid at all you won't have a summary

Yes I think you're right. I mean, unless you are receiving some type of financial "aid", either through scholarships, loans, or whatever, I doubt you'd be able to see it.

Oh okay, thanks math. That's what I see when I log in. The only difference is that mine is all zerooooooooooed out (with the exception of the cost of attending).

Yes I can see mine as well. They have my student contribution from the GI bill calculated in there as well. The other UC's didn't do that till after acceptance, or they didn't allow you to see it anyway.

Awards 2008-2009 Academic Year

ugh I should've submitted fafsa

are all these guaranteed or just informing you how much u may get?

It's not an award perse. All I know is I'm able to access the page too. I doubt this is any indication of success. Although, I will say that I've received a few emails from UCLA CEED.

CEED?

Maybe if anything this is an indicator that decisions might come out soon...

you do not see a SIR, do you?

I am just going off of last year's decisions. It appears that the people who could see their financial aid right about this time last year were also accepted.
